Due to health issues, I find myself having to sell my motorcycles.
So, I'm selling my 2022 R1250 GS Adventure that I bought new in March 2022 from the official BMW dealer Team Mancuso Southwest in Houston, TX.
This bike has 21,323 miles and has been fully dealer-maintained at Team Mancuso.
I purchased this motorcycle with BMW 7-year extended unlimited warranty coverage, which means this bike will be under BMW's warranty until 3/5/2029.
This warranty can be transferred to the buyer.
The bike comes with BMW's black aluminum top and side cases.
This motorcycle was set up for long-distance touring and comes equipped with a custom Russell (RDL) seat for the rider and pillion.
The custom seat comes with an optional backrest, which is removable.
I upgraded the windscreen to a touring windscreen but will also supply the original screen.
This motorcycle includes the BMW Navigator VI GPS navigator.
I'll also include the RKA tank bag with a map holder in the sale.
To complete the long-distance riding setup for night rides, I installed Clearwater lights:
two fork-mounted Darla lights and beak-mounted Sevinas, one of which I upgraded to a Super Sevina.
These lights are fantastic and make riding at night a lot less risky.
At the rear, I installed the Clearwater Billy brake light.
A Denali sound bomb horn replaced the original horn.
Team Mancuso recently did maintenance (December 2023); this dealer has done all services since purchase.
The tires currently mounted are mostly done, but you will get a brand-new set of tires (Dunlop Trailmax Mission) with this sale (you must mount these yourself or find someone to do it for you).
An additional slightly used Metzeler Karoo 3 front tire is included as well.
This motorcycle is in excellent condition, has never crashed, and is well-maintained.
It does have minor blemishes from 20k miles of use, mostly some scuff marks from my riding boots.
Nothing major, no dents or deep scratches.
Yes, I do allow test rides at my discretion and with conditions.
You need to have a valid license with motorcycle endorsement and your own motorcycle insurance, and you will need to hand over the total sales price in cash as a deposit before the ride.
If you decide not to buy the bike, you can hand me the bike in the same condition, and I will return your cash, and we can part ways.
If you damage or crash my motorcycle during the test ride, you automatically buy it.
I have the clean title for this motorcycle and can close on the sale ASAP.
I will only accept cash.
