Formulate Estimates from sets of architectural plans, shop drawings, digital files, sketches or information provided by sales team.
- Develop job cost projections.
- Formulate Proposals from estimate and cost data.
- Follow Bid procedure checklist
-Implement and monitor project specific, scheduling and engineering systems
- Assist Sales team on Bid Data list
-Prepares shop drawings in AutoCAD for transition from estimating to fabrication
-Monitors and assist in the administration of the contract, legal, and insurance procedures
- Assist Sales team on procurement requests (proposals, data, samples, etc)
-Help develop and distribute monthly report packages
-Monitors change in management procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic understanding on structure of Architectural set of plans (know how to navigate thru set of plans)
- Basic understanding on structure of Architectural set of Specifications
- Basic knowledge of Architectural or Mechanical Drafting (Knowledge of AutoCAD helpful but not necessary)
- Proficient Computer knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Some computer skills in AutoCAD or other Drafting software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills which facilitates good working relationships with staff and management employees as well as clients representative and subcontractors.
- High energy level ad good work ethics
- Ability to performed in detailed oriented and organized manner to make efficient use of time
- Some work experience in construction estimating, project administration, computer drafting or schedulingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
