Position Available: Inside Sales/Lead Generation
Compensation: Base + Commission

Our Inside Sales Representatives generate new business opportunities for our franchisees by researching local markets, finding and calling prospects, and scheduling appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives. Our commission structure - combined with base salary - puts you in charge of how much you earn. We also prefer to promote from within, so you will find plenty of room for advancement along our sales career ladder.

Ideal candidates have experience in call center environments, outbound calling, telemarketing or other phone-based experience. As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Requirements:
oFind and research businesses that would benefit from our service
oPerform outbound calls
oSchedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
oAchieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position
oManage and update a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
oPrepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management
oOther duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
oTelemarketing experience selling services to businesses
oArticulate, compelling, and creative in verbal (phone) communication
oOrganized with good work ethic
oExperience using online sources to get information
oPositive outlook
oBasic to intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
oLikes to work as part of a team

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
