Ticketing Analyst (73943R)

Key Roles:
- Support existing ticket analysts in day to day transaction
- Investigate ticket issues and make correction,
- Gather corrections with the field operation personnel and update system accordingly
- Analyze ticket quality report and identify duplicates, missing or erroneous tickets
Desire qualification
- Bachelor degree preferred / truck ticket experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- 2-3 Experience in transaction management, crude oil or transportation preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
