Retail Visual Merchandiser


The Visual Tech supports delivery of a captivating customer store experience focusing on merchandise presentations.

Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:

o Supports a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
o Motivates and inspires store team to achieve and maintain visual and merchandising standards.

o Assists in brand guide preparation
o Supports brand guide planning and execution in partnership with category managers and product manager
o Understands and adheres to brand standards
o Creates and executes solutions for product placement in line with brand guide direction
o Orchestrates and implements window installations and interior displays
o Supports category managers in development and execution of merchandising and sell down strategies
o Understands and adheres to brand standards
o Assists in housekeeping of sales floor and communicates maintenance issues
o Partners with direct manager to achieve elevated visual execution
o Engages with customers when on sales floor and passes off to sales associates as appropriate
o Applies personal talent to enhance and elevate overall store appearance
o Interprets brand direction and updates to ensure visual presentation creates an environment that has a positive impact on sales
o Conducts daily review and inspection of sales floor to ensure all brand standards are in place
o Partners with sales support associates to maintain backroom standards as product flows to and from the sales floor
o Coordinates and optimizes the use, maintenance and storage of fixtures, props and marketing
o Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
o Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink
o Maintains an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the link between customer service and shrink
Contributes to building a high performance team:

o Educates and communicates visual merchandising and presentation changes to store team
o Communicates consistently with direct manager, Sales Leadership Team and peers
o Provides feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
o Acts as a shadow partner to new team members as requested
o Understands and demonstrates Limited Brands' values
Takes responsibility for the following metrics, in addition to performance evaluation criteria and supporting key total store metrics:

o Overall store appearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
