Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Houston, TX client, located near Sugarland, on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Front desk duties such as greeting guests, receiving and sending out deliveries, etc
Maintain project filing system
Manage electronic filing of field reports such as shop drawings and submittals
Effectively collaborate with engineering team on deadlines
Prepare correspondence
Ensure paperwork is filed and processed by given deadlines for engineering projects
Compile and prepare field reports
Manage and maintain a heavy flow of emails on a daily basis
Requirements:
2
years of related experience
HS Diploma, some college preferred
Excellent communication and interactive skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
Mature individual that is organized, detail oriented, self motivated and can work both independently and as a team player
High energy with a pleasant outgoing demeanor and personality
Experience in engineering, architectural and/or the construction field would be a plus
