Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our team, you will greet patients , handle incoming calls, and provide administrative duties.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming phone calls - Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements:
- Previous experience in the dental field required - Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - High school diploma or equivalent required As an equal opportunity employer, we offer competitive compensation based on experience.
