years in a customer-facing role Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Consulting and/or Project Management Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple organizations (Sales, Product, Customer Support, Partners) The ability to develop and manage multiple client portfolios Proven record of sustainability of business growth and profitability by maximizing value through solution-based selling Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behavior Understanding customer requirements and guiding the customer to achievable outcomes Holding regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll get to Build and maintain relationships with our customers as their trusted advisors by identifying how they're currently using our software and providing resources to help them maximize their use of high-impact features Address and resolve customer concerns to complete satisfaction by conducting follow-ups based on customer surveys and maintenance renewals Drive retention of customers by conducting Annual Business Reviews, Proactive Outreaches, Account Analysis, and Project Management Review software contracts with accounts in your Book of Business with an ARR of above $50k during their annual renewal period Be the customer's advocate by receiving feedback and sharing it with relevant parties (Support, Sales, Development, Professional Services, etc.) to help them succeed BENEFITS & PERKS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
