The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the purchasing department with Microsoft Excel related tasks and work.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Research potential vendors Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices Prepare cost analyses Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Provide administrative support to staff members.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements and skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - This is very essential for the position Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
