Salary is up to $14/hr in training (Spanish Bilingual), $15/hr in production (Spanish Bilingual).
Responsibilities Handling a large volume of inbound calls to act as the primary contact for All Sales Support functions such as brokers.
Utilizing knowledge base and job aids to perform data entry functions to update broker call records while remaining up to date on regularly updated policies and procedures.
Navigating between tasks to complete work efficiently and with a high level of quality Guiding brokers through troubleshooting and navigating the company websites.
Responding to all broker inquiries regarding service of plans and work with other team members as necessary to facilitate broker business workflow and commission issue resolution.
Providing brokers with detailed information about available products.
Handling complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and ensure that the broker is satisfied with resolution.
Assisting Broker with member applications i.
e.
status, reason for denials, updates, etc.
Assisting Brokers navigate certain websites for personal portfolio usage as well as certain member information.
Escalating certain issues on behalf of the Broker for resolution.
Experience Required for Your Success At least High School diploma or equivalent 1 year call center experience Fluent in Spanish and English Dedicated area to work from in your home Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access is not permitted) Ability to pass a background check Meets all attendance and dependability requirements Recommended Skills Call Centers Customer Service Data Entry Hardworking And Dedicated Knowledge Base Patience Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
