We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday at our office in person.
This role will not be trivial but does require you to be organized, communicative, and a quick learner.
We are hoping that our hire will be able to also learn some bookkeeping skills from our company accountant and help her or any other employee with work if needed.
Responsibilities:
Attending the Front Desk Manage multiple calendars and help each day run as smoothly as possible Assist in scheduling and logistics for meetings Run Errands Handling the phone at the front desk Occasional assistance with event planning Manage paperwork for the office and keep everything organized Willing to learn bookkeeping and other accounting skills Requirements Located in the Sugar Land Area Must have a High School Diploma Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs Ability to multitask and maintain organization Maintain discretion and confidentiality Good with technology and ability to learn skills Work Remotely No Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
