Insight Global is looking for a SHEQ Specialist for a global Oil & Gas technology solutions company located in Sugarland, Tx.
This is a permeant opportunity to join the HSE team where this person will be reporting directly into the Director of Quality and HSE and working alongside 1 peer to assist with administrating the Intelex system across the company which includes about 7,000 users.
Within Intelex there is about 20 varying applications they will be creating training brochures, videos and assisting with user inquiries surrounding these applications.
This person will need to have excellent communication skills including both written and verbal as well as have an emphasis on responsiveness as their clients will be internal stakeholders.
This role will be implementing, supporting and promoting the Intelex system to ensure the organization has continuous improvement as well as remains compliant.
Alongside Intelex they will also be utilizing systems such as PowerBI, Microsoft Suite including Excel, as well as Sharepoint.
This role is onsite 4 days out of the week with 1 flex day of their and the Directors choosing.

years of experience in Systems Administration or relevant work experience Masters DegreeExperience managing a software or SAS providerSoftware project management experience Intelex software administration, design, programming, and deploymentPrior SHEQ experience and knowledge of SHEQ functionsBachelors degree in Statistics, Business, IT, Science, Engineering, or other technical area that has relevance to the role of an SHEQ Systems SpecialistProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Intelex, PowerBI, Sharepoint5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
