Essential Speech and ABA Therapy is offering a unique, rewarding, and purpose-filled position as an office manager at our new facility located in Sugar Land to meet the growing need for services and change the lives of children and their families in the area.
This is a new opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and participate in its growth! The Office Manager will work closely with the clinic owner to develop and coordinate systems, provide frontline, ongoing support to staff and clients, maintain the company workflow, assist with vetting employees, and performing other essential day-to-day functions.

Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees Employee retention and conflict resolution (including terminations/off-boarding, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations) Maintaining up to date employee files/records Manage employee benefits and payroll Ensure workplace health and safety requirements Post and manage weekly employee schedules Local marketing Manage clinic inventory and appearance Create and collect payments from parents and coordinate billing services within collaboration with the billing company Communicate with parents regularly; schedule weekly parent meetings, and address parent concerns/questions Ensure collaboration between disciplines Assist with preparation of therapy materials.
