Pilot Plant Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Chemical Plant Manager for a Oil & Gas clients Pilot Plant located in Sugarland, Tx.
This person will be managing around 5 to 6 individuals whose skill sets vary from chemical engineers, process engineers & non-technical operators.
This role is responsible for ensuring the RD&E Pilot Plant is operating efficiently, effectively and safely while working directly with the RD&E group and Plant Operations.
This role will involve using scale up processes for the production of new technologies and will be working with reactive chemistry such as latex polarization, batch scales, and ultra-sonic manufacturing for nano particles.
This person will be reporting directly into the VP of R&D and needs to be versatile and able to work in a cross functional environment.
This role will be onsite in Sugarland M-F ensuring the Pilot Plant is remaining environmentally compliant and regulated, optimizing business growth and overall seeing the operations of the plant.
