This role will be primarily responsible for providing direct support to our Med Spa providers in back office in day-to-day operations but must be able to cross-train to front desk.
The ideal candidate will have previous Med Spa experience but we are willing to train the right person.
Must possess great communication skills, enjoy interacting with our patients/staff and be motivated to learn.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greets and escorts patients to assigned rooms with a welcoming and positive attitude Serve as the liaison between providers and patients to help guide them through the consultation process, including pre & post-care instructions and skincare regimens.
Assist providers and clinical team in coordinating care, rooming patients, signing consents, taking before & after photos, assisting during treatments, cleaning/stocking rooms in between patients, inventory, etc.
Prepare rooms with necessary equipment for each treatment Assist with the check-in/check-out patients, collect payment at time of service, and promote any current specials to new and existing patients to maximize sales.
Answer phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, and provide comprehensive knowledge of procedures provided at our Practice.
Assist in administrative tasks including maintaining accurate patient records in EMR and other patient logs/systems.
Enroll patients in Aspire and Alle rewards, as well as other loyalty programs.
Hold a high level of professionalism at all times while interacting with patients, patients' families, visitors, and staff.
Maintain a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional attire at all times.
Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and follow all Company protocols, policies, and procedures at all times.
