photocopying, filing, greeting, answering phones, scheduling, and calling patients, basic accounting, cleaning.
Must be knowledgeable in customer service and have at least 2 years of clerical experience.
Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office and MAC computers.
MUST BE PROFICIENT ON HOW TO USE A COMPUTER- (ie.
emailing, scanning, and social media).
Must be available on Saturdays (8AM-2:
30PM).
Flexible hours during the weekdays.
Must be a team player and fun to work with in a calm and relaxing environment.
Basic knowledge of acupuncture to provide to patients is a plus! Job Type:
