The Regional Clinical Director provides clinical oversite and oversees the business and clinical operations to ensure appropriate quality, treatment, compliance and financial operations of site Dialysis Programs.
Responsibilities include compliance, billing, inventory, staffing and employee relations.
This position ensures all federal, state or local regulatory standards are maintained at all times; and functions as the point person for facility surveys and partners with facility leadership to resolve issues and expand census.
The Clinical Director manages the state leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers.
Qualifications BS/AA/diploma in Nursing with at least 18 months of recent RN experience in hemodialysis needed.
Must have valid state nursing license, BLS certification, driver's license, able to travel to local area sites and lift up to 50 pounds.
