Experience with design and social media platforms is a MUST.
The role will include assisting with various needs based on occupancy and coordinating marketing initiatives, tenant retention and online ad creation, boosting & management.

? Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
? Create and post original, engaging and branded content across social media channels and all media formats.
? Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
? Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools ? Create and oversee marketing materials for apartment complex advertising.
?Troubleshoot and prioritize social media attention for communities with low occupancy.
Qualifications and Skills ? Strong skills using Microsoft Office, and Canva.
Asobe a plus ? Knowledge of principles of design, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends ? Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks ? Must have understanding of multiple social media platforms, metrics, and tracking.
?Demonstrates ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and meet established deadlines.
? Professional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to effectively perform and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and timely.
? Must be creative and innovative.
