The office manager ,receptionist needs to have knowledge in all facets of dentistry.
Prior experience is a must.
Be proficient in billing with PPO insurances, follow and resolve accounts receivables.
Be proficient in treatment coordination.
Marketing experience is a plus.
MUST have knowledge of dental software's Dentrix or Easy Dental.
Please do not apply if there is no prior experience with Dentrix or Easy dental.
An Ideal candidate should be capable of completing of all the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, tracing, billing, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc.
I am looking for a friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy, have excellent communication skills, customer service and organizational skills.
