is currently seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives to Work From Home Remotely.
This is a full time position offering $24 - $50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls following scripts Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions.
Document all transactions completely in multiple programs Perform data entry associated with the position.
Reassure customers, and quickly process any customer complaints Schedule appointments in compliance with schedules Remote worker capable.
Work at home.
Be an advocate for health and wellness.
Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have great customer service skills.
Strong data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic Troubleshooting skills that uses all resources trained to resolve customer issues.
Utilize Outlook, Excel (view documents), and web based knowledge tools.
Must have the ability to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions Must have the ability to multi-task Must be able to work in a call center environment Proven ability in connecting to meeting software Zoom or WebEx Education:
Minimum GED or High School Diploma required College Preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
