Bilingual Receptionist position is open at our fast-growing personal injury law firm in Vibrant Sugar Land, TX - Where high character, excellence, and empathy are valued!Our Sugar Land, TX Personal Injury Law Firm is growing and actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience by phone.

o In this role, your talents will bring value to our firm by being a positive voice each time we receive a phone call.
You will play the pivotal role of organizing and notating files when documents come in through the mail.
You will also take on the important task of coordinating to keep our office presentableCharacter Traits:

Qualifications:
o Bilingual (Spanish) - Ability to speak Spanish fluently o Minimum 2 years of Receptionist or customer service experience by phoneo Background in the hospitality field or sales a plus o Strong communication skills to enable positive first impression with potential new clients, existing clients, team members, medical providers, adjusters, and court staff o Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, videoconference software, scanner, etc.
o Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goalso Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, growing environmento Has friendly and patient telephone etiquette o Answers and directs calls o Greets office visitors o Assists in scheduling visitors o Opens and closes office o Opens, scans, and files/notates in case file/emails incoming mail o Responsible for outgoing mail o Accepts office deliveries o Books travel arrangementso Coordinates to keep office clean and organized; stocks snacks and refreshmentso Monitors and orders office supplies o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple calls and tasks Other Duties:
