7 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description The position as Communication Specialist manages day-to-day internal and external communication tasks, including planning and content development, uploading on internal and external channels, as well as project managing communication activities.
The Communication Specialist drives communication activities to ensure the organization is kept in-formed by planning and coordinating with on- and offshore functions, content production for a variety of channels, including for example Noble's internal employee news app 'OneNoble' and the company's social media channels.
The Communication Specialist must be able to translate business objectives into compelling stories (in writing and video) that are on-brand, relatable, consistent, to the point and factually correct.
The Communication Specialist will also manage the Brand Portal 'Papirfly' and offer guidance internally on the company's Corporate Visual Identity, photos and other visuals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent within Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in communications, public relations, and/or copywriting; interest or experience within the Oil & Gas industry or Energy sector a plus.
Excellent writing skills (English) and great proofreading skills with an understanding of style and communications consistency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Basic graphic design and video production skills (Adobe Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to execute tasks independently.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfortability interfacing with stakeholders and employees across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Communication Specialist is responsible for the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
Management of editorial calendar and coordination of internal/external communication channels including internal communications app, social media profiles, and company website.
Proactive content planning, development, and writing of a variety of engaging internal and external communication content aligned with company communication policies.
Execute employee communication by creating internal awareness and excitement across the organization about company announcements, initiatives, events, employee highlights, etc.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders across functions to identify current and future happenings that will help deliver relevant and more personalized content.
Assist in the creation of branding materials that adhere to the CVI guidelines for various communication efforts including company presentations, internal documents, events, and other initiatives.
Other Ad-hoc support on tasks as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
