This role will be responsible for managing a master brand strategy, brand architecture, visual strategy, naming architecture, and brand governance (ABM Brand Center website).
This role thrives on collaboration and partnership in developing strategy with the marketing team, sales, events, HR, and executive leadership.
This role guides the creation of marketing content, manages senior relationships, partners with marketing operations to achieve workflow efficiencies, managing expenses, and helps to coach and develop the team.
This person exhibits excellent creative judgment, innovation, critical thinking and guides the creative services team in achieving the highest standards for all projects.
The creative director obtains a working knowledge of ABM clients' business challenges and leads innovative and conceptual solutions to address those challenges, getting personally involved on high profile and complex creative challenges.

What you will do:
Drive brand awareness and activation of brand positioning, brand purpose, architecture, visual identity across the organization and externally Shape brand architecture decisions, naming strategy and architecture, working with internal teams on strategy, solutions, and process Lead the education of ABM brand guidelines to ensure our internal constituents, partners, and agencies have what they need to uphold consistency.
Work with the Creative Director to identify any areas of the brand guideline that need to be developed or refreshed Recruit, Hire, train and manage designers and copy writers Shaping and guiding the team's work and knowledge of the company to ensure creative supports the goals of the brand and business strategy Leads the creative development from concept to completion, ensuring that the team receives meaningful briefs for projects that translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies Works with other leaders to set project deadlines and content goals Works closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT, to support implementation of creative work Maintain knowledge of the business and industry to ensure that creative is relevant, timely and differentiated Leads the creative development from concept to completion, ensuring that the team receives meaningful briefs for projects that translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies Works with other leaders to set project deadlines and content goals Works closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT, to support implementation of creative work Maintain knowledge of the business and industry to ensure that creative is relevant, timely and differentiated Preferred
Experience:
Strategic, creative, and detailed storyteller, with research interpretation, writing, and proofing skills.
Being an energizing creative who's also talented at managing Exceptional business acumen, strategic judgement, analytical thinking, and creative instincts.
Design Thinking training a plus Experience in working with and leadership teams.
Experience gained both within an agency and inhouse within an organization.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives Strong understanding of brand development and marketing concepts Prior experience with UX, UI, copywriting, design, or production Steady focus on getting the work done, on time and looking great Team mentality Ability to empathize with clients and team members Leadership skills, presentation skills, time-management skills, planning and organization skills Ability to oversee projects, budgets, and the creative team Requirements 10
years of experience in creative leadership, demonstrating innovative development of an organization's brand strategy Experience running a corporate brand and having creative team report to them Ability to build and present creative concepts to senior leaders and marketing team peers Commitment to driving change through collaboration, infusing personality and brand into everything contributed Nurture brand team within educational experiences and a with a fun, curious approach Benefit Information:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
