$26-$32 The Planning & Procurement Administrator is responsible for ensuring items or services are purchased from specified suppliers, seeking maximum value for the company.
They are responsible for delivering high-quality purchasing services on a day-to-day basis according to defined procedures, respecting quantity, quality and timing.
Be responsible for purchase requisition(PR) processing.
Support the user defining purchase requests when needed.
Ensure that a PR is created correctly and follow up on any issues related to PR creation.
Define the correct buying channel for each request; choose the best supplier in terms of price, quality and lead time.
Involve the sourcing specialist when supplier information is not available.
Interface with procurement specialist to follow up any PR pending convert to PO Interface with manufacture planner and procurement specialists to prioritize items.
Process First Article PR with input from sourcing specialist, TLM and quality engineer.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing specific Supply Chain documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
Perform clerical duties associated with creating, distributing, managing and closing purchase orders.
Identify opportunities and implement actions to continuously reduce wasted time, money and resources.
Comply with Schlumberger and local procedures applicable to the job function.
